Two killed in bus accident

Two persons were killed in an accident near the Dankotuwa hospital on the Dankotuwa-Pannala main road.

The police said that the accident had occurred when a private bus and a three-wheeler collided head on.
The driver of the three-wheeler and a 59-year-old woman were killed in the accident.

Four others who were injured in the accident are currently receiving treatment at the Dankotuwa Hospital.

The bus driver has been arrested on suspicion of the accident.
